Please note last Thursday was the last Thursday of the Month. That is our meeting day. As nobody remembered, we need to meet this Thursday, 4th March. There is a lot of organizing to be done before the start of the season so please make an effort to attend. Meeting will start at 5.00 and hope to be finished by 6.00.

Due to the low numbers of attendance at the proposed AGM held on Sunday the 16^th of January, we were unable to hold our AGM. The new date for the AGM is the 31^st of January at the grounds before our sign on. It would be appreciated by our committee if you can make yourselves available at this date so we can get the necessary business done to run West Football.  

Please note if you wish to nominate yourself or someone else for the Maryborough West Football Club Inc. committee, the forms are attached. 

As all positions must be vacated, the following positions are available.

Please note as Football Maryborough has not been able to secure a President, all club presidents are required to attend management meeting at Fed Park the first Monday of each month.

Senior training has started and Ladies training will start this Wednesday. It is important to let the committee know if you are intending to coach this year as we would like to look professional enough to have coaches information available at our sign on. Those of you who wish to coach in the 2010 season and the age group/ groups you wish to coach need to let the committee know by returning this email. We have received one coaching nomination in the mail. Thank you for that.

Please make yourselves available to begin coaching on the 27^th of January.

Sign on is expected to be Sunday the 31^st of Jan. This will be confirmed at the AGM. The grounds need to be in Tip Top shape by then so please put your hand up to help.

Senior training has started this week, Ladies training will start next Wed 20^th of Jan.

We will need some help getting the grounds in good condition and with the marking of fields asap.

Please note our AGM will be held on Sunday the 17^th of January (This Sunday) at 10.30 am. THe venue will be the Shamrock Hotel.

All interested parties please attend.
